Recruitment:

  • Sourcing Profiles from Job Portals
  • Screening candidates through preliminary interview to judge their suitability of the requirements
  • Maintaining a proper database of lined up candidates
  • Providing daily & weekly recruitment status HR Manager

 

On-Boarding

  • Completion of joining formalities like Verification of Joining forms, Verification of Documents against originals

 

Induction

  • Explaining them about company history, company profile, and the departments
  • Explaining to them about their profile and benefits
  • Explaining to them the leave structure and other facilities

 

Attendance and Leave Management Through HRMS

  • Maintaining attendance records
  • Keeping track of regular latecomers
  • Effective coordination with employees and maintaining the leave data

 

Database Management

  • Maintaining database of employees
  • Keeping records of Completion of probation and due for annual appraisal

 

Employee Engagement

  • Conducting employee engagement activities in a timely manner

 

Employee Exit Formality

  • Issuing relieving and experience letter
  • Getting PF formalities done

 

Administration:

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Liaise with Security Agency to fulfill the organization’s security personnel needs.
  • Coordination with building facility management to provide seamless access to vendors/clients/visitors.
  • Update and maintain daily expenses records in the stipulated format.
  • Ensure vendor invoices are checked on all parameters at the time of receipt. Coordinate with vendors in case of any discrepancies.
  • Manage and maintain all the office documents, inward entry for invoices from vendors and service providers.
  • Owing to the diverse and dynamic nature of this role, be available and ready to support teams on any urgent, impromptu requests like preparing for a lockdown, arranging events, procuring items on an urgent basis, arranging transport, etc.

 

Requirement:

  • Minimum 2-4 years in HR cum Admin role
  • Graduation Required, Degree in Management or training.
  • Highly organized with an ability to effectively manage and execute multiple tasks/projects simultaneously while working independently. (PROACTIVE)
  • English fluency. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Very strong attention to detail and confidentiality with a commitment to high-quality work
  • Strong PC skills including expert proficiency G Suite, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and internet research/data gathering; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Can adapt to dynamic work culture.
  • Flexible to long working hours.
  • Hands on experience on any Task Management Software like Asana and Wrike.
